Volunteer Information
Volunteer Requirements
All Zimmerman Fastpitch Families - 8U and above are required to complete 6 volunteer hours per child with a maximum of 12 hours per family.
Volunteer Shifts will be posted on our website once available.
Volunteer opportunities will be available at the Zimmerman Classic Tournament which will be held Friday June 5th - Sunday June 7th 2026.
Some examples of volunteer responsibilities include:
Tournament Setup & Takedown
Field Raking/Chalking
Trash & Clean-up
Concessions
Families are required to provide a volunteer deposit in the form of a check written to ZGF. The Deposit amount is $400 per family. Upon completion of the volunteer hours this check will be destroyed. If the full requirement for volunteer hours is not completed, the check will be cashed. Volunteer shifts are first come first served.
To locate volunteer sessions, please click on Account in the upper left of your screen, from there you will select Volunteer and this will bring you to available sessions, to register for a session click on More Information
