12U Year Round 2026/2027

We are excited to announce the return of our 12U Year-Round Team for the 2026–2027 season! 

After launching our inaugural year-round team during the 2025–2026 season, we learned a tremendous amount from our players, families, and coaches. That experience provided valuable insight into what worked well and where we could improve. Based on those lessons, we've refined the program to create an even stronger year-round development model for our athletes.

Our goal is simple—to provide dedicated players with additional opportunities to develop their skills, compete against higher-level competition, and continue growing throughout the year while proudly representing Zimmerman Girls Fastpitch.

Whether your athlete is looking to challenge herself against top competition, continue developing outside of the traditional summer season, or simply loves the game and wants more opportunities to play, this program is designed to help her reach the next level.

Our Zimmerman Girls Fastpitch Mission

The purpose of Zimmerman Girls Fastpitch is to provide a challenging and supportive environment for the development of well-rounded young athletes.

Through the game of softball, we strive to cultivate athleticism, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and confidence. Our program emphasizes strong fundamentals, critical thinking, problem-solving, and a growth mindset while encouraging academic success, personal responsibility, and ethical conduct both on and off the field.

Our year-round program builds on that mission by offering athletes additional opportunities to grow through:

• Elite coaching and player development
• Year-round practices and training
• Competitive local and regional tournament play
• Leadership and character development
• A positive team culture focused on hard work, accountability, and sportsmanship

This isn't the launch of a brand-new organization—it's the next step in the continued growth of Zimmerman Girls Fastpitch.

Our first year-round team demonstrated that there is tremendous value in providing athletes with additional opportunities to train and compete. Using the feedback and experience from our pilot season, we've made meaningful improvements to enhance the player and family experience while staying true to the values that have made Zimmerman Girls Fastpitch successful.

We're excited to continue building a program that develops confident athletes, strong teammates, and outstanding young women.
