Fall Ball Interest
This is an open registration to gage interest in playing Fall Softball.
Ages
The league we participate in is open to 8U to 18U.
8U players should be at a minimum 5 years old as of 8/31/2025. (this is why we as for the age in the registration)
18U players must be 18 as of 8/31/2025 in order to play in the Fall season and the 2026 season.
When
- Fall Ball Week 1 - August 23-24
- Labor Day - September 1
- Fall Ball Week 2 - September 6-7
- Fall Ball Week 3 - September 13-14
- Fall Ball Week 4 - September 20-21
- Fall State - September 27-28
Where
Games will be played at various sites as this is considered a travel League there will be play mainly away from Zimmerman.
Games are played on the weekends only.
8U and 10U play on Saturdays
12U through HS (18U) play on Sundays.
Practices
Practicies will be during the week as determined by field availablity, and the head coaches schedule.
Games
Game schedules are generally posted during the week prior to the weekend by Wednesday. All Games on a given weekend will be played in the same location.
Typically they will be double headers one right after the other.
Game times start at Noon and The last games start at 4pm.
Jerseys
We only provide Jerseys in the fall with the cost of registration
Extra Costs
If you are new to Softball you will need the following items.
1) Batting Helmet with a facemask
2) Softball glove
3) Softball pants
4) Softball approved Bat
5) Columbia colored socks to match the uniform.
Optional items are:
1) Fielders mask
2) Cleats (sneakers are just fine at the younger ages)
3) Batting Gloves
